Reef Capital Partners is a real estate investment firm that specializes in projects that are environmentally sensitive.

Founded in 2005, Reef is focused on building or restoring places in an environmentally sensitive way.  We regularly set aside half or more of the land for permanent conservation and public access, and we have received many awards for environmental stewardship.  

Reef is committed to being deeply involved in the local communities it works in, including supporting local charities, providing affordable housing for local communities, and building projects that become true community gathering places.

Reef Private Equity is currently developing a wide variety of projects, including a $2 billion+ world-class resort in southern Utah, a nearly $1 billion portion of the new Deer Valley East at Deer Valley Ski Resort near Park City Utah, a private club and Tiger Woods designed golf course outside Park City, Utah, and projects as far away as Lake Anna in Virginia.
